Passed by the Government Of India with a view of fixing the minimum rate of wages for workers employed in different forms of employment, Minimum Wages Act seeks to provide the workers what is their minimum possible due. Apart from that, it also lays down conditions on the working hours, overtime wages, holidays etc.

  2. To keep clients informed of changes introduced by the Government under the Act.
  3. To make aware clients regarding salient features, rules and regulations of the Act, maintenance of important records and also ensure full compliance under the Act.
